1. Translation Teams
We only use native translators living in their country of birth - which is where your target language is spoken. They specialize in the specific subject matters of the translation. An internal and external quality control process assures total accuracy of the delivered materials. The final product reads as if it were an original.
2. Translation Memory
We use a tool that creates a Translation Memory (TM) during the translation process. In simple terms, a TM stores everything we translate for your company. This means that when you send us a document we only translate new text or modify similar text that has already been translated. This process, besides reducing final costs (since rates applied to repetitions are reduced), ensures terminology consistency and speeds-up the delivery schedules. It is applied from the first document onwards, where we'll usually detect repetitions that will be reflected on the final price.
3. Pricing Sliding Scale
In order to establish a long-term relationship with the client, our prices are subject to a sliding scale in which, after a negotiable and preset cumulative volume of translated words is reached, the rates per unit are gradually reduced.
4. Warranty
A delivery delay is something that doesn't fit in our vocabulary. However, even we have to consider that there are unforeseen circumstances and factors completely out of our control that may result in an occasional lack of timely fulfilment of our delivery obligations. Your plans would probably be hard hit, and that's why we are offering you the following Warranty, unique in this market: for each business day of delay in delivery, regardless of the reason, we shall deduct 10% from your invoice. It is obvious that we expect that this shall never happen, as is the case up to now.

As part of a process called localization, we provide assistance in the production of the original materials to simplify the internationalisation and localisation processes, so that they can be accomplished with cost efficiency and without technical problems.
